Refund policy

Kitty Paloma want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a full refund online if you are unhappy with your purchase if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. 

Please note that sale items can only be exchanged for a store credit unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
