Refund policy

Due to the nature of hair accessories being a personal item, they are final sale unless deemed faulty.

Refunds are only if the product is faulty, to be determined by Kitty Paloma.

Kitty Paloma do not offer refunds for change of mind. Hair Claws, Earrings and Combs cannot be returned unless faulty as they are personal items.
