Shipping policy

Kitty Paloma always ship the same business day, if ordered before 2pm - Australian Standard Time for in stock items. Pre Orders will be shipped on the date listed in the product description.

All Australian and NZ orders receive complimentary standard, tracked shipping via Australia Post over $50.

Standard shipping is $7 flat-fee for all orders under $50. Free over $50.

To upgrade to express shipping, please select at checkout. Express will incur a cost of $10 for orders under $80, or will be automatically upgraded for free to express shipping on all orders over $80

Express shipping in Australia is approximately 1-3 business days, or 3-5 business days in NZ.

International orders are charged at a flat rate of $15 for standard international shipping, or $25 for express international shipping. Complimentary express shipping is available on all international orders above $200.

Shipping is non-refundable once your item is shipped.

Due to the nature of hair accessories being a personal item, they are final sale unless deemed faulty.

Refunds are only if the product is faulty, to be determined by Kitty Paloma.

Kitty Paloma do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please email our team to discuss your options as we may be able to offer a store credit on returned, unused items.

Please note, import taxes and duties on international orders are not included and may be payable on arrival to your destination country. In the event of non-collection your parcel is returned, re-sent at the customers cost.
