All Australian orders receive complimentary standard, tracked shipping via Australia Post.

To upgrade to express shipping, please select at checkout. Express will incur a cost of $10 for orders under $100, or will be automatically upgraded for free to express shipping on all orders over $100.

International orders are charged at a flat rate of $15 for standard international shipping, or $30 for express international shipping. Complimentary express shipping is available on all international orders above $200.

Please note, import taxes and duties on international orders are not included and may be payable on arrival to your destination country.

Our ethos is simple. All of our accessories are handcrafted using plant-based materials, or recycled sterling silver and 18ct gold for our demi-fine jewellery.

Each Italian Acetate accessory purchased is presented with an organic cotton drawstring bag, branded with Kitty Paloma insignia.

Kitty Paloma do not use any brass in our semi-fine jewellery. We believe in using premium materials for an exceptional quality end-product.

Vermeil Jewellery needs care to keep it looking it's best. Avoid perfumes, oils and lotions, wipe clean with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh and scratchy surfaces. Vermeil may lose gold over time, revealing a beautiful Sterling Silver 925 base after long-term wear. This is not considered a fault, yet the natural progression of Vermeil over time. Refer to your care-card included with your purchase.

Jewellery and Charms will arrive in a branded organic cotton pouch, inside a vintage gold recycled metal insignia tin as a forever keepsake.
